JT Barnett a former professional hockey player turned content creator discusses authentic virality and developing a brand.

Born in Scottsdale, Arizona, JT was introduced to sports, particularly Ice Hockey from an early age. His father, Mike Barnett, is regarded as one of the best agents in all sports and is best known for representing hockey icon Wayne Gretzky for over two decades. Following in his father's footsteps, JT went on to play 5 seasons in the WHL (Western Hockey League), 2 in the ECHL (East Coast Hockey League), and 2 more seasons split between teams in Russia, Sweden, and France.

After hanging up the skates, JT discovered his love for content creation, personal optimization, and mindfulness, and has gone on to grow three separate social media channels.. most recently being TikTok's HoneyHouse that currently has over 1.1 Million Followers and has been featured in E! News, Business Insider, NY Times and more as the Top 20 TikTok Houses You Need to Know. 

JT lives his life by the motto "Do Cool Shit, Be a Good Dude, and in this episode we discuss everything from playing professional hockey and how it affected him mentally, mindfulness and daily practices that have propelled him towards success, creating content for a HoneyHouse, a TikTok channel with over 1.1 M followers, and more..
